American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals
The American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals was founded in 1981 to foster, advance, and promote the Creighton Model FertilityCare System through service, education, leadership, and research. The Academy was known as the American Academy of Natural Family Planning until 2001.
Obtaining optimal benefit from the Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMS) requires that a couple receives competent personal instruction. To support excellence in FertilityCare services, the Academy certifies FertilityCare Practitioners, accredits CrMS Educational Programs, and approves CrMS Service Programs.
FertilityCare users should receive appropriate medical support from physicians who are competent in NaProTechnology. The Academy certifies Medical Consultants who have been trained in NaProTechnology.
