Membership CategoriesMembers today include FertilityCare providers, educators, nurses, doctors, health professionals, clergy, religious and other supporters of natural family planning. The six categories of membership include: ACTIVE: A member who is certified as a FertilityCare Practitioner, Instructor, Educator, Supervisor, and/or Medical Consultant. Yearly Fee is $100.
STUDENT: A member who is currently a participant in an Academy accredited education program, or who has completed and accredited education program and is actively pursuing certification. Yearly fee is $25.
ASSOCIATE: An Associate Member, though not necessarily certified as a FertilityCare Practitioner, Instructor, Educator, Supervisor, and/or Medical Consultant (CFCP, CFCPI, CFCE, CFCS OR CNFPMC), is a person who has given valuable service to natural family planning or any field allied to natural family planning. Yearly fee is $45.
SPECIAL: An active member in good standing who chooses to relinquish Active status because of retirement, illness, leave of absence, or other good cause which results in an inability to maintain Active Member status. Yearly fee is $25. HONORARY: Any person of outstanding achievement in the field of natural family planning who is not already an Active, Associate, Special or Student Member. ORGANIZATIONAL: Organizational Members are natural family planning service programs, or institutions, or other agencies, interested in and supportive of the purpose of the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals.
