Award Nominations sought for the Annual Meeting The Awards Committee is seeking nominations for Awards in four categories for recognition at the Annual Meeting of the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals. You are requested to consider individuals for these awards and submit a nomination as soon as possible. An Honorary Award will be presented at the Annual Meeting to an individual who has made a major contribution in the field of natural family planning in the area of national or international service, education, or research. An Active Member must submit this recommendation. The Hall of Fame Award, which is intended for an individual who is deceased or retired and who has contributed a major impact to the field of natural family planning. Presentation of this award will serve to inform present and future members of the historical background of pioneers in the field of natural family planning. An Active Member must submit this recommendation. The Academy wishes to recognize Outstanding Practitioners/Instructors. This Award will formally recognize the outstanding contributions of a Certified Practitioner or Instructor in the advancement of the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System through service, education, or research. Any member or non-member may submit this recommendation. The Academy wishes to recognize Outstanding Medical Consultants. This award will formally recognize the outstanding contributions of a Certified Medical Consultant in the advancement of the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System through service, education, or research. Any member or non-member may submit this recommendation. The Academy wishes to recognize outstanding Creighton Model FertilityCare™ service providers with the FertilityCare Professional Excellence Award. This award will formally recognize the outstanding contributions made by past or present Active Members in the advancement of the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System through services, education, and/or research. Nominees must have been Active Members for at least ten years, and may be retired. Any member or non-member may submit this recommendation. Please make sure those you recommend fulfill all the necessary criteria or the nomination cannot be considered. Nominations must be received by March 24 to be considered.
