1. Individual has met at least one of the following:

 

Made an outstanding contribution to NFP through national / international service, education, or research;

Served as the principle investigator of practice based NFP research that has been published in a recognized professional journal

 
2. Individual has met additional criteria that may be considered in the selection:
 

Developed and/or administrates an Approved NFP service program;

Developed and/or administrates an Accredited NFP education program

Maintains an active NFP practice.
