1. Individual must be an Active Member of the Academy in good standing and a certified NFP Medical Consultant.
 
2. Must have a current medical practice that is NFP only and includes a substantial component of providing Services in Natural Procreative Technology to patients using NFP.
 
3. Individual has made an outstanding contribution to the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System through service, education, and/or research.

*Applicable Criteria:

Actively serve as a medical advisor director or consultant to an accredited Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System service program;

Served as the core faculty for an accredited Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System education program;

Is the principal investigator of practice-based NFP research that has been published in a recognized professional journal;

Has given extensive medical support to Creighton Model FertilityCare™ Practitioners, either locally or long-distance;

given many talks promoting NFP to health professionals; or

Maintains very active involvement in NFP under adverse conditions
